This is Whayne at Guero Pallets Inc. in Chicago. I happily joined the company in April, as an account manager to foster new accounts, and to work with existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
My background is in more than just sales. As a carpenter, and a former business owner in the light remodeling industry. I understand that you need the correct product when you need it. Your clients, whether end-users or in brokerage, can make or break your customer relationship. In the end, it’s not just delivering a product -- it’s building the trust that if you call us, we’ll find a way to make it happen.
My goal is to take the QA/QC to the next level, and make Guero Pallets a stand-out in the industry, while still keeping prices inside current market values. I have my work cut out for me!
This is a fast-paced industry, surrounded by ever-shifting factors of material cost and supply chains. 2020 has been an interesting year to say the least. Covid-19 has had a major impact on both supply and demand. If you haven’t felt the effects, consider yourself lucky, but I think we all have been affected. Whether in your business or personal life, we all need to adjust and make the common sense decisions that will pull all of us through.
